TRADITIONAL FINNISH RESTAURANTS
Kosmos’ own rye bread is baked from a sourdough starter first used 75 years ago and all of the sauces are made with traditional stocks boiled in-house. The à la carte menu includes classics from Finnish cuisine, from blinis to fried herring, and Wiener schnitzel.
Food, interior, ambience and friendly service are the major things that make the Lappi Restaurant a must-visit when you are in Helsinki. Pure and, above all, fresh Finnish ingredients in all dishes give you a true experience of Lappish cuisine. For ERM2019 participants: A Blueberry Royal as an aperitive when showing the conference pass.
Elite is a rare example of a Finnish restaurant widely favoured by the country’s cultural and artistic circles – it has been a stage of life and a living room for artists since 1932. The atmospheric dining room and the restaurant’s traditional bar invite you to stop by and spend time.
