Jillian Goetz is a postdoctoral researcher working with Greg Schwartz at Northwestern University. Using a combination of electrophysiological profiling and single-cell transcriptomics, she seeks to establish a comprehensive typology of retinal ganglion cells.

She earned her PhD in 2015 at Iowa State University studying the effectors of retinal cell fate determination using single-cell transcriptomics.
